LEARNING OUTCOMES
The learning outcomes of the Certified Healthcare Assistant (CHCA) course include gaining fundamental knowledge of healthcare, ethics, anatomy, and infection control. Students develop skills in patient care, CPR and First Aid, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with daily tasks They learn communication, and documentation, as well as safety procedures and emergency response. The course covers dementia care, adherence to health regulations, and encourages ongoing professional development. Upon completion, participants receive CHCA certification, Mental Health Awareness Certification qualifying them for healthcare positions.
